Just got the Arkham City Catwoman action figure by Square Enix. First figure i’ve bought from this line, but it’s really nice…a big improvement on both Mattel and DC Direct’s versions of the character. Will definitely be getting their Arkham Poison Ivy, and The Dark Knight Rises Bane and Catwoman, all coming this summer.
If they do a burqa variant to replicate her Armored Edition look, i’m oh-so downz to buy that, too. New cosplay pics up within the hour…

“Oh Christ, more toys to buy” is probably my most uttered phrase when browsing the internet. Damn you, Japan, and your incredible action figures… it’s like they flipped a switch and suddenly there’s five or six companies putting out essentially perfect sculpts with incredible articulation (Revoltech, Bandai’s figuarts lines, Squeenix’ Play Arts, Figma, etc), and they won’t quit putting out like 10 figures a month I need.
Damn me for not doing better in school so I could get a better job so I could buy more toys… I’d probably be better off financially if I were a drug addict.
Regardless, damn fine sculpt on that Catwoman figure. Particularly on the eyes, which is usually where highly detailed paintjobs drop the ball.
