Skyfall was pretty damn good, and it did feel like it could have been a sequel to The Dark Knight- complete with Javier Bardem as The Joker. That or the logical progression of Home Alone, given the final booby-trapped-house sequence.
I’ve really soured on Dark Knight Rises.
