New pics of Kat in a really old t-shirt. New to the site anyway, but this is more stuff that was shot awhile ago, then sat forgotten on a back-up drive. Makes perfect filler content for the site, though, while i’m trying to put a new book together, and not yet looking to tip my hand on the brand new costumes and faces it will contain.
The Howard the Duck t-shirt here carbon dates back to the mid-80s. I got it in a sealed bag, apparently unworn, a year or so ago as part of a comic book lot at a silent auction fundraiser for my beloved alma-mater. In the comics, and in the not so beloved movie adaptation, Howard’s girlfriend is a redhead named Beverly Switzler, making this vintage ringer-t an instant cosplay costume.
See the rest of the pics after the jump. If you want. If you don’t, that’s cool too…perhaps you’d like to read an intensely insightful analysis of Christopher Nolan’s Batman films, or take in a new-ish work by one of my favorite artists.
Have a backlog of questions regarding the Rockethub crowdsourcing campaign. Will get those answered today, and then get a FAQ post or something up here. Really appreciate the interest, think you’ll find the new project to be a radical improvement on anything we’ve done here or with Cosplay Tetherball.
Thanks Kat. More pics and other stuff up here soon. Salame.
