Going through drives over ze weekend looking for reference pics, when i stumbled across this gauzeplay set of Virginia. We’d posted some before, back in May, but there were a lot more of them, and looking through them again i found several i liked that never went up. Seemed like appropriate timing, right after the sort-of similiar Marnie set, so here’s an encore of outtakes.
These were shot late at night in a part of Koreatown that gets eerily deserted after sundown, at a large space i’m intent on using for the big Veidt project in 2012…but seeing how late i am on the 2011 project, will get into that later.

There’s an all-new gauzeplay set coming that’s my favorite of all, but we’ll run a few semi-legit cosplays first, to break things up a bit.
Looking at these reminds me i really need to finish the Gen 13 costumes started back in april. Not that anyone else cares about Gen 13, or the costumes on this site, but i loved some of those characters, and would like to do them justice.

I would seriously love to see a joint shoot with either Jessica or Kat as Supergirl and Marnie as Batgirl.

Ya know, Ginny’s not my type, but she does have a photogenic quality- either the camera-bearer is incredibly skilled, or Ginny’s just a really interesting subject to photograph.
