Because you can’t do cosplay without getting around to the venerable Sailor Moon at some point, here’s Jessica as the Time Lord-esque Sailor Pluto. Yes, that means i’m still going through some of the leftover sets in advance of ambitious shoots over the next 2 weeks.
In the manga and anime, Sailor Pluto is the guardian of the Door of Space-Time, and is incredibly powerful with an ability to stop time and a Dr. Manhattan-ish omniscience. She also wears by far the best costume of all the Sailor Soldiers.
Speaking of those shoots, have alot of brand new costumes ready. Very excited. Don’t want to spoil who/what, but if anyone has specific requests for specific things you’d want to see in a shoot, please do leave a comment or send an email. Unless all you’re going to say is, “less sucking”, because that point’s been made.

Charged with the daunting task of protecting Time and Space by Queen Serenity, Sailor Pluto is ordered to obey 3 directives: she must not travel through time, she must not abandon her post at the Door of Space-Time, and she must not stop time. Breaking any of these commands is supposed to result in forfeiture of her life…but of course she does all 3, multiple times, and gets away with it for the most part.
While rumors and talk of a live-action Sailor Moon movie go back well over 10 years, sadly the project appears inert. For now…but i’d bet the second someone figures out how to successfully launch a Wonder Woman film series, somebody will throw all kinds of money at finally cranking this out.
We shot a video of Jessica singing the Sailor Moon theme song, in costume. I wish i could share it here, as it’s adorably retarded, but i’m hanging onto it for the potentially astronomical blackmail value.

I love how Pluto whispers the name of her attack instead of shouting it like all the other Sailors(in the Japanese dub, at least.)

Why so many shots of her from the back, but no booty?
Definitively need to get all the girls together and do a sailor scout set. However, I am sure that it would be pretty hard to get all of them together to do a big group shot. But it would be pretty sweet.
