2001: A Who Odyssey is a fan-made mashup of Stanley Kubrick’s 2001, and the 3rd Doctor era Doctor Who episode Wheel in Space (both circa 1968.) There’s some astounding animation on display, really shaming the upcoming, BBC-produced cg series Dreamland, by comparison.
I’m floored by how well done that is, and i’d kill to know what Kubrick might’ve done with Daleks or Cybermen.
