
Clash of the Titans character posters from the upcoming, Louis Leterrier directed remake were sent out by Warners yesterday, then psuedo-recalled (or something) to generate some excitement over the film. Really, the posters were enough…they’re quite excellent. I especially dug these, featuring first looks at Ralph Fiennes as Hades, Gemma Arterton as Io, and a very Cthulu/Dagon-ish looking Kraken.


These posters alone are actually more interesting than the entire Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. Clash of the Titans is out March 26, 2010, and looks like it will be worth the wait. My only qualm is the lack of Calibos, the Pan/Satyr/Devil character whose image became a running joke (“Lord Kramdar!”) on the late, great WonderShowzen.
